If SAS Digital Marketing replies and responses do not update the contact history and the response history for SAS Customer Intelligence, review the SASCustIntelReporting6.1.log in the [CONFIG]/Lev1/Web/Logs directory on your middle-tier server. If you see errors similar to the following, then the failure occurs because the business context name contains characters that are incompatible with the system encoding.

To work around this issue, either ensure that your business context names have characters that are valid for the system's encoding or configure the system with Unicode encoding.
