If SAS Digital Marketing replies and responses do not update the contact history and the response history for SAS Customer Intelligence, review the SASCustIntelReporting6.1.log in the [CONFIG]/Lev1/Web/Logs directory on your middle-tier server. If you see errors similar to the following, then the failure occurs because the business context name contains characters that are incompatible with the system encoding.
